The Dragons were destroyed 48-14 at the hands of the Eels on Sunday night and the heavy defeat was compounded by an ugly tackle in the shadows of full-time.
And although the big-framed Dragon avoided being sent to the sin bin, the referee placed him on report.

Lawrie followed up his chicken-wing tackle with a shove to Simonsson’s face and an all-in scuffle broke out.
“It’s a pointless exercise at 48-14 putting that on,” said Fox League caller Andrew Voss.
“Well, you’re not going to be there next week, now,” Voss added.

The veteran commentator blasted Lawrie over the tackle.
“That was pretty blatant,” Voss said.
“It’s not a conventional tackle that was produced there.
“He’s in bother.”

Voss was then surprised when the referee opted against sin-binning Lawrie.
“Well, for all those players sin-binned on the weekend, they’re shaking their heads, some of them,” Voss said.
The incident has put Lawrie in doubt for the Dragons’ clash with the Rabbitohs at Sydney Olympic Park next Saturday.
Parramatta halfback Mitchell Moses spearheaded his side’s demolition of St George Illawarra on Sunday night.
The one-time State of Origin representative bagged two tries, set up two four-pointers, made two linebreaks and slotted eight out of eight conversions as Parramatta collected its third win from four starts.
The Eels have finished round four sitting in third on the ladder and are set to face the Titans on the Gold Coast next Saturday.
The Dragons are placed 15th, ahead of only Wests Tigers.
